There are a couple of things Kara Kull can do pretty well: write, shop and make a mean chocolate chip cookie.
So, after stints teaching Special Ed, acting professionally and working in sales for various companies (including the most beautiful place in Colorado), Kara decided to combine her talents into a career (eventually dropping the cookie making, citing elastic waistbands and fashion as a conflict of interest). She created the company, How Fabulous, which encompasses her writings at How Fab, her greeting cards and posters at How Fab Designs.
Kara studied Theater and English in college and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, which basically means she missed out on a lot of really fun parties. She has written for a variety of publications, including 5280 Weddings, examiner.com, Chat, Chew, and Chocolate, as well as copywriting clients big and small.
In her spare time, Kara trolls the Internet for good finds, checks out San Francisco hot spots, reads and makes crafts for her very grateful friends and family.
